Interim Service (Every 6 Months / 6,000 Miles)

Best For: High-mileage drivers or motorists who mainly do short, stop-start city driving around South East London.

What We Do: This focus-driven service ensures your engine remains safely lubricated and essential safety points are checked. It includes:

• Full engine oil change and premium filter replacement.
• Inspection of fluid levels (antifreeze, brake fluid, steering, and washer fluids).
• Comprehensive check of your lights, wipers, battery health, and tire tread/pressures.
• Visual inspection of the suspension, steering, and braking components.

The common rule is to service your vehicle every 12 months or every 10,000-12,000 miles – whichever comes first.

In addition to filter replacements and oil change an Interim service includes essential checks such as lights, wipers condition, fluid levels, brake inspection, power steering reservoir, anti-freeze, washer fluid, tyre and suspension check.

Full Annual Service (Every 12 Months / 12,000 Miles)

Best For: Comprehensive yearly maintenance to keep your car in peak mechanical condition and maintain your service history book.

What We Do: A deep, multi-point vehicle inspection covering everything in our Interim package, plus vital component replacements and advanced checks:

• Replacement of the engine air filter and cabin/pollen filter.
• Full diagnostic vehicle health scan using advanced computer troubleshooting.
• Complete under-vehicle inspection, including exhaust systems and fuel lines.
• Detailed brake system teardown and assessment (checking pads, discs, and shoes for wear).
• Full inspection of steering, suspension, drive shafts, and wheel bearings.

The common rule is to give a full service to your vehicle every 12 months or every 12,000 miles – whichever comes first.

Full Service: A comprehensive annual check for trouble-free motoring. It encompasses everything in the Interim Service, plus parts that need attention after a year.

A Full Service of your vehicle includes an oil and filter change, air filter, check and top up all fluids, we also check your Battery, Tyres, lights, Wiper, pollen filter, Wash System, spark plugs, Brakes – check clean and adjust and service lights reset, or your on board computer updated with our state of the art diagnostic equipment

The Major Service is suitable for all makes and models of vehicle, and covers parts that are regularly recommended for replacement every two years.

This 24 month complete service covers all areas of essential maintenance. 

A Major Service is recommended every 24 months or 24,000 miles (whichever is sooner).  It’s a complete service that covers all areas of essential maintenance. In addition to all the items that are included in our Interim and Full Service, a Major Service covers items that are regularly recommended for replacement and checks every two years, including your cabin filter, air filter, fuel filters, brake hydraulic fluid and coolant wherever required. For example over time, brake fluid can become contaminated, making the brakes less effective, and takes longer to stop your vehicle which could be dangerous on the road.
